On March 4-7, 2020, Tripsona successfully held a big employee gathering event for PT iForte. This event was held in two batches with a total of 350 participants, with details:
- Batch 1: March 4-6, 2020
- Batch 2: March 5-7, 2020
- Joint event (batch 1 & 2): March 5, 2020
Note: This event takes place before large-scale social distancing and the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia.
The destinations are the same for both batches, namely the Borobudur areas - Prambanan - Malioboro, and Kraton. Then, we want to highlight the extraordinary joint event on March 5. Of course, coordinating 350 people is not an easy matter, but Tripsona is always ready and will always be successful in managing the event regardless of the number of participants. This quality is evidenced by user satisfaction during this event. Here are the highlights of the events:
Borobudur VW Classic Tour
The tours around the Borobudur area by VW Classics were undoubtedly a lot of fun!
Team Building at the Prambanan Complex
The outbound conducted at an outstanding location with Prambanan Temple as the background was certainly an unforgettable experience.
Seminar
A seminar on the sidelines of tours with hundreds of participants was not a problem for Tripsona, which always ready to provide high-standard venues.
Gala Dinner and Costume Party
We are also happy to help the iForte team organized a costume party. The concepts and participation level were extraordinary and can be observed from the beautiful costumes, which is better than common Yogyakarta's local cosplay events.
